How much notice is needed?
A 2-day notice is ideal so we can prep everything and ensure ingredient availability. Shorter notice may be possible—call and we’ll recommend the best options for your timeframe. Please call our catering line at (760) 689-9844. Our catering team can advise you on items that we can prepare within your timeframe.
Is there a minimum catering order?
Yes—there is a $150 minimum for catering orders.
Do I need chafing dishes?
If you’ll need chafing dishes to keep food warm, please add them from the miscellaneous category when ordering online. If you’re ordering over the phone, just ask and we’ll help you include them.
What size events do you cater?
We cater everything from small gatherings to events for 300+ guests. For large events, contact us so we can prepare a quote.
What’s included in the catering price?
Plates, napkins, utensils, and serveware are included.
Is delivery available?
Yes—delivery is available to most of North San Diego County for a fee based on mileage.
Do you provide servers or staff to stay onsite?
No. We deliver and help set the food out at drop-off, but we don’t stay onsite to serve.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus cash and check. You can also securely store a card for faster future checkout. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Can we set up a house charge account?
Yes, with an approved credit application. All outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days of event completion.
Can you accommodate special diets?
Often, yes—call us with your dietary requests and we’ll guide you to the best options.
What time will you arrive to drop off the food?
The delivery time listed on your order confirmation is the time we’ll arrive. Tell us when you plan to serve so we can ensure enough time for setup.
